How much does it cost to register a company in Bulgaria?

Can a foreigner open a company in Bulgaria?
Yes. Non-residents — EU and non-EU, individuals or companies — can fully own a Bulgarian EOOD or OOD. You can sign remotely by power of attorney or e-signature; a visit is not required.
How long does company registration take?
Once documents are prepared and signed, registration in the Commercial Register usually takes 1–2 business days when filed electronically.
What is the minimum capital?
The minimum share capital for an EOOD/OOD is symbolic — from €1. It is deposited into a founding account and stays available to the company.
What taxes will my Bulgarian company pay?

What is an EOOD?
An EOOD is a single-owner limited liability company — the equivalent of a one-person Ltd. An OOD is the multi-owner version. Both limit your liability to the share capital.
