How working with us remotely works
Everything runs by email, messenger and the form on this site, from the first question to the filing with the Commercial Register and the monthly bookkeeping. You do not need to travel to Bulgaria: documents are signed electronically or before a notary wherever you are, and reports reach you by email.
What to include in your message
- Whether you need company formation, accounting, or both;
- The planned activity and the number of owners;
- Whether you expect turnover above the VAT threshold, and whether you will employ anyone;
- For an existing company: who keeps the books now and since when.
The more specific the message, the more precise the quote. We normally reply the same business day.
