How working with us remotely works
Everything runs by email and through the form on this site — from the first question to the filing with the Commercial Register and the monthly bookkeeping. You do not need to travel to Bulgaria: documents are signed electronically or before a notary wherever you are, and reports reach you by email.
What to include in your message
- Whether you need company formation, accounting, or both;
- The planned activity and the number of owners;
- Whether you expect turnover above the VAT threshold, and whether you will employ anyone;
- For an existing company — who keeps the books now and from when.
The more specific the message, the more precise the quote. We normally reply the same working day.
