State fees, and for share transfers the notary's fee, are added at cost. For a closure, accounting during the liquidation period is charged separately. We handle these services in English on request.
Prices are in euro. Formation is a fixed price that includes the state fee. Accounting prices are starting prices and depend on your document volume and payroll; we confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit. Current as of 23 Sept 2026.
Pricing questions
Are state fees included?
For company formation, yes: the Commercial Register state fee (about €28) is included in the €280. If you sign before a notary instead of with an e-signature, the notary's fee is paid separately to the notary. For the other services listed above (changes, share transfers, closure, BULSTAT), state and notary fees are paid separately at cost.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No long commitment. Monthly accounting is a rolling subscription you can cancel with notice.
