What happens after you send the form
- We review your answers and confirm whether an EOOD (single owner) or OOD (two or more) fits your situation, and whether VAT registration is needed from day one.
- You get a quote with exact figures — our fee and the state fees listed separately, so nothing appears later.
- We prepare the documents — articles of association, declarations, the name reservation and the filing to the Commercial Register. You sign electronically or before a notary; you do not need to travel to Bulgaria.
- We file and confirm registration, then hand over the company documents — and take over the monthly accounting if you want us to.
What to have ready
A passport copy for each owner and manager, the planned activity, and a rough idea of expected turnover. Everything else — company name, activity code, registered address — we sort out with you.
