The tax and legal content on this site is written and reviewed by an experienced professional — because decisions about your company deserve accurate information.

How the content is produced and checked

• Primary sources. Rates and thresholds come from the law as published in the State Gazette and from the National Revenue Agency's own guidance — not from other people's articles.
• One source of truth. The rates live in a single configuration file that feeds both the articles and the calculators, so one update propagates everywhere and no stale figure survives in a corner of the site.
• Dated. Every page states the date the figures were last verified.
• Sources shown. Where a page relies on a specific act or institution, the reference is printed so you can check it yourself.

What we don't do

No invented reviews, ratings or client counts, and no content attributed to experts who don't exist. If a number is missing from this site, it is because it isn't true yet — not because we forgot it.

Bulgarian tax rules change, and sometimes a change lands before the update does. Tell us through the contact form and we will check it against the source and correct it.
