We help entrepreneurs start and run a company in Bulgaria without queues at state offices.

We work fully remotely, and your books are kept by an experienced accountant. We work with owners in Bulgaria and with foreign founders who want a low-tax EU base: Bulgaria has a 10% flat tax and joined the eurozone in 2026.

What we do

• Company formation. We set up an EOOD or OOD: structure, documents and filing with the Commercial Register. See company formation in Bulgaria.
• Monthly accounting. Bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, returns and the year-end close for companies and self-employed people. See accounting services.
• Changes and closure. Share transfers, changes to registered details, closing a company and freelancer registration, quoted on the pricing page.

How we work

• An accountant, not just software. Your work is led by an experienced accountant who reviews your documents rather than only entering data.
• Published prices. Formation costs €280 including the state fee. Accounting plans and add-ons are on the pricing page, and we confirm your monthly price in writing before you commit.
• Documents online. You send documents digitally, and we file returns with the tax and social security authorities electronically.
• Plain English. Write to us by email, WhatsApp, Viber or the form. We usually reply the same business day.

Who writes the content

The guides and calculators are prepared by the FirmaBulgaria team and reviewed by the experienced accountant who handles client work. How we source and check them is set out on the team page. We don't publish reviews, ratings or client counts that we can't verify.
